Tilly Charnleybeal is an experienced Product Technologist currently working at Oliver Bonas since February 2020, overseeing safety and compliance for the Home & Gift department and natural fiber substrate tabletop lines. Previously, Tilly held roles at Sass & Belle, where responsibilities included product safety, compliance, and sustainability, as well as in product development coordination. Tilly's background also includes ownership of an artisan business specializing in custom furniture, property management, and leadership positions in hospitality and recruitment. Tilly has demonstrated a strong ability to manage product development processes, ensure quality standards, and maintain effective communication with suppliers and teams across various industries. Education was completed at Godalming College and Notre Dame.
