Shianne Joseph has extensive work experience in account management and customer service. Shianne is currently working as an Account Manager at OLIVER Agency since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Iris as an Account Manager from September 2021 to February 2022. Shianne also served as an Account Manager at Splash Worldwide (now Jellyfish) from January 2020 to September 2021. Shianne'searlier roles include being an Account Executive at Grey London from November 2018 to December 2019, and a Customer Service Associate at Close Brothers Premium Finance from April 2018 to July 2018. Shianne also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Hastings Direct from July 2017 to April 2018, and as a Customer Service Assistant at Sainsbury's from May 2014 to September 2016. Shianne'sfirst work experience was as a Retail Assistant at Primark Stores Limited from May 2013 to October 2013.

Shianne Joseph began their education in 2013 at St. Francis Xavier Sixth Form College, where they pursued A Levels in English Language, Psychology, and Drama. Shianne completed their A Levels in 2015.

Following their time at St. Francis Xavier Sixth Form College, Shianne enrolled at De Montfort University in 2015 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies in 2018.

In addition to their academic achievements, Shianne has obtained several certifications. In October 2020, they received the PRINCE2® Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In August 2020, they also obtained both the Change Management Foundation and Change Management Practitioner certifications from APMG International.
