Ajinkya Gaikwad has a background in hotel and tourism management, having earned a degree from the Global Institute of Management Science from 2009 to 2012. With professional experience at Hyatt Regency Mumbai as an Associate, Ajinkya has further developed skills in the hospitality industry as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and Captain at Olive Bar and Kitchen Private Limited since June 2017.
