Pilar Cardenas has extensive experience working in various leadership roles in the technology and fashion industries. Pilar currently serves as the Chief Digital Officer for Olistic, where they manage the Direct-to-Consumer business and oversees digital marketing and international expansion. Prior to this, Pilar was the Chief Growth Officer at Meditopia, responsible for the growth and marketing organization. Pilar has also worked at TechStyleOS, where they held the role of VP Marketing, International for Fabletics, and later served as a Senior Director for Savage X Fenty: Lingerie by Rihanna, leading the international launch of the brand. Pilar has a background in strategy, operations, and analytics, having worked in roles at TechStyleOS and adidas. Pilar also has experience in finance, having worked at J.P. Morgan and BNP Paribas. Additionally, Pilar is passionate about supporting women in tech and has served as a mentor for the non-profit organization Women in Tech - Global Movement.

Pilar Cardenas holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Esade. Pilar also completed a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution. In addition, Pilar is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Therapeutic Neuroscience from ICNS - Instituto de Ciencias de Nutrición y Salud, which is expected to be completed between 2022 and 2023. Pilar has also obtained certification as a yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance's RYT 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program in 2021.
