Verghese Thomas is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in growth, innovation, and sustainability within the chemical and materials industries. Currently serving as the Chief Growth & Innovation and Sustainability Officer at Olin since October 2022, Verghese has held several significant leadership roles, including Vice President for Epoxy Systems Business and Chief Sustainability Officer at Olin, and Vice President at Vibrantz Technologies Inc. Verghese's previous positions include leadership roles at Prince International Corporation, Celanese, SABIC Innovative Plastics, and GE, spanning more than two decades. Educationally, Verghese holds a PhD and MS in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering, and has completed senior leadership training at GE Leadership & Management School.
