Rowan Jansens is currently the Mechanical Design Lead at Olin Electric Motorsports, where they lead the mechanical subteam by organizing meetings, managing productivity, and delegating tasks. They have also served as the Avionics Lead at Olin Rocketry. Additionally, they have experience as an Engineering Intern at SpaceX, where they worked on Crew Starship, and Los Alamos National Laboratory, where they developed and applied algorithms to improve satellite orbital determination. Rowan also worked independently on a project developing a dynamic vibration balancer test stand. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering.
