Lise Johannessen is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Oliasoft since January 2024. Previously, Lise served as a Senior Recruitment Advisor at Azets People Management from March 2014 to January 2024 and worked as a Personalrådgiver at Back Up between April 2012 and February 2014. Lise's career also includes a tenure as a Senior Rekrutteringsrådgiver at NorgesVikar Bemanningsløsninger AS from January 2002 to March 2012, where responsibilities included sales of recruitment and staffing services, client and temporary staff follow-up, personnel selection, administration, and interviewing. Additionally, Lise briefly worked as an Adm. koordinator at ISCO Group AS in 2003. Lise holds a degree from the University of South-Eastern Norway.
