Emily Smith, CEBS, AWI-CH, has over 15 years of progressive experience in human resources and benefits management. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Olgoonik Development, LLC since February 2012, Emily has held various positions within the company, including Director of Human Resources and Director of Benefits and Compensation. Prior roles include Benefit Administrator at Ahtna Netiye' and Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Alaska Communications, where Emily also worked as a Compensation & Benefits Associate. Emily's career began at Doyon, Limited as Lead HR Assistant, followed by a position as Human Resources Associate at Alaska Communications. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.
