Monica C. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Monica started their career at Morneau Shepell in 2013 as a Pension Analyst and worked there until 2014. Monica then joined the University of Waterloo and held various positions including Pension Analyst, Business Requirements Lead, Portfolio Coordinator, and Workday HR Business Analyst. Monica'srole at the University of Waterloo ended in 2022 as an HR Systems Data Lead. In the same year, Monica also worked as a Part-time Faculty at Conestoga College. Currently, they are working at OLG, where they have held roles such as Senior Manager, Director of HR Systems, Analytics, and Reporting, and Director of HR Systems and Operations.

Monica C. completed their Master's degree in Environment & Business at the University of Waterloo from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Economics & Business from the same university, attending from 2009 to 2012.
