Shawn Hertzig is the Vice President of New Business Development. As the Vice President of New Business Development, Shawn is responsible for account management and client delivery. Shawn has lead numerous process creation and improvement projects across the software development lifecycle, resulting in standardized and repeatable processes, common tools, automated testing, and standardized metrics for reporting and analysis. Prior to joining Olenick, Shawn was a Manager in Accenture’s Financial Services Practice where she acted in a variety of leadership roles including program manager, project manager, and testing team manager, across a variety of industries. Prior to Accenture, Shawn was Director of Product Development for MDA Lending Solutions where she focused on ensuring strategic alignment and integration of projects. Shawn is PMP certified.
