Victor Marcello is an accomplished professional in the field of operations and art direction, currently serving as the Director of Operations for Ole Interactive in Brazil, a role held since February 2021. In this position, Victor oversees a comprehensive media solutions portfolio, including the PlayGround Brasil networks. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Art at Ole Interactive and Director of Operations at Quebrando o Tabu. Victor's extensive background also features roles as Head of Art for Playground in Latin America, Multimedia Producer, and Art Director and Motion Designer at Caeté, where significant contributions were made to rebranding campaigns. A co-founder of Projeto Nosotros, Victor documented the creative landscape across 14 Latin American countries, while earlier career experiences include a Motion Designer position at Canal Futura. Victor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Painting from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a Bachelor of Arts in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Estácio.
