Chad Coulter is an experienced operational leader currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope since October 2023. Prior to this role, Chad held the position of Continuous Improvement Supervisor at McKesson from October 2021 to October 2023 and was the Warehouse Manager at Accent Food Services from July 2020 to October 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Merchandising Manager at Perks & Provisions from January 2016 to April 2020 and Team Lead at Randstad USA from October 2014 to January 2016. Chad began a military career as a Logistics Specialist in the US Army from November 2008 to November 2014. Educational qualifications include a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Aveta Business Institute, along with a High School Diploma from Rossford High School earned in 2008.
