Cara Massey is the Director of Development & Membership at Old Sturbridge Village. Cara has over 10 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector, specializing in fundraising, communications, evaluation, strategic planning, and board development. Cara has a passion for education and has worked with Alma del Mar Charter School, St. Patrick Academy, and St. Andrew's School. Cara has also worked as a nonprofit consultant with Nonprofit Consulting Solutions.

Cara Massey graduated with a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Hofstra University. Cara also holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Performance from the same school. Cara is certified in Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy and in Content Marketing from HubSpot.

Cara Massey works with Christine Tieri - Chief Marketing Officer, Rhys Simmons - Director of Interpretation, and Samantha Naring - Assistant Director of Public Programs. Their manager is James Donahue, President & CEO.
