Stephanie Mccachren serves as the VP Director of Workday HR and Financial Information Systems at Old Republic Title since July 2022. Prior to this role, Stephanie held various positions at CarMax from August 2019 to July 2022, including Principal Workday Analyst and Sr Workday Analyst, with a focus on Recruiting, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation. At Capital One, from September 2014 to July 2019, Stephanie worked as a System Integrator specializing in Workday configuration for Compensation and Advanced Compensation, followed by an Associate System Administrator role concentrating on Absence, Time Tracking, and HCM. Earlier experience at Capital One from January 2005 to 2014 included roles as Sr. Coordinator Recruiting, focusing on Acclaim and Taleo systems, as well as responsibilities in Fraud Recovery and call center customer service. Stephanie holds an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes, obtained between 2006 and 2009.
