Sergio Osorio currently serves as Vice President and Mid-Florida Operations Manager at Old Republic Title, overseeing operations in Orlando, Lakeland, Tampa, and Sarasota, as well as managing three title plants with direct reports from plant managers. Prior to this role, Sergio worked as VP/Senior Commercial Underwriting Counsel, providing legal counsel on title insurance and real estate transactions. Sergio's experience includes positions at First American Title as Vice President and Senior Underwriting Counsel, where responsibilities included underwriting commercial title insurance, and Ticor Title as State Underwriting Counsel, assisting agents with legal risk evaluation. Sergio also held the position of Local Underwriting Counsel at LandAmerica Lawyers Title. Sergio earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, from 1997 to 2000.
