Caroline W Mwangi serves as the Head of Human Capital at Old Mutual Kenya since April 2021, where key contributions include executing human capital priorities across five business units and developing a reward framework to enhance the Employee Value Proposition. Previously, Caroline held the role of Head of Human Capital for General Insurance and Health at UAP Old Mutual Group, implementing staff engagement activities and developing a leadership competencies framework. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resource Business Partner and HR Advisor at Pan Africa Life Assurance Company, as well as a Compliance Officer at Madison Insurance Group. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Human Capital from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, a Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management from Eldoret Technical, and a Bachelor of Education in Home Science & Technology from Moi University.
