Sarah Ayesh is a skilled pastry chef with extensive experience in the baking industry. Currently serving as First Pastry Cook at Old Mill Toronto since May 2019, Sarah previously held the position of Second Pastry Cook at the same establishment. Sarah is also the owner of SemiSweetbySarah, a venture launched in January 2016. Previous roles include Cake Decorator at Le Dolci from March 2018 to December 2018 and Bakery Assistant at Iana Bakery from December 2015 to April 2016. Sarah's educational background includes studies at Humber College from 2016 to 2019, enhancing expertise in the culinary arts.
