Dr. Barbara Blake currently serves as the Executive Director of the ODU Monarch Internship and Co-Op Office at Old Dominion University, focusing on enhancing internship and co-op opportunities for students. With extensive experience as a Master Peer Reviewer and Subject Matter Expert in Economics for Quality Matters, a leading organization in online education quality assurance, Dr. Blake has contributed to over 750 universities. Additionally, Dr. Blake has held leadership roles as President of Blake Gonzalez Associates, leading significant research projects such as the Urbanisation Project for NATO, and served as Chief Administrative Officer of the Dragas Center for Economic Analysis and Policy. Dr. Blake's academic background includes an EdD in Higher Education from The George Washington University and degrees in International Business, Spanish, and International Studies.
