Annie Gibson is currently the Associate Vice President for Government Relations at Old Dominion University. Prior to this role, Annie held positions such as Deputy Director of Government Relations at Virginia Commonwealth University and Health System, Account Coordinator at Royall & Company, and Legislative Aide to President pro tempore at the Senate of Virginia. Annie also has experience working in the Office of the Governor as Assistant Director for Legislative Affairs and Policy Development. Annie holds a Master of Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Mary Washington. Annie graduated from York Suburban High School in 2007.
