Darlene Dingess-Adkins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and business management. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Strategic Partnerships at MicroSociety since April 2023, Darlene has also held the position of Realtor at Old Colony Holding Company since March 2015 and is the Owner of Maple Leaf Designs, specializing in home furnishings and design, since March 2013. Previous roles include Principal, Director of Title I, II, and Pre-K, and Assistant Superintendent at Logan County Schools from July 2004 to October 2022 and Assistant Principal at Chapmanville High School for the 2003-2004 academic year. Darlene began a career in educational support as Director of School Support & Consultant at MicroSociety from 2000 to 2004. Darlene holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General & Special Education from Marshall University and an AB in Psychology from the same institution.
