Mahesh Sapate is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and managing complex systems across various technology companies. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Ola since December 2023, Mahesh previously held the same title at HERE Technologies from October 2021 to December 2023, where contributions included the design and development of a high-volume distributed processing system and providing technical leadership to a team of over 15 developers. Prior experience as an Expert Software Engineer at TomTom involved managing the end-to-end delivery of a significant number of Points of Interest and developing solutions that streamlined operational processes. Mahesh also offered technical guidance to teams at TomTom and served in leadership roles, along with earlier experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Tieto and a Junior Software Engineer at Evolveware. Mahesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Lokmanya Tilak College of Engineering, Navi Mumbai, completed in 2009.
