Derek Pittman currently serves as the Director of Operations at Ola Brew Co., a position held since July 2017. In this role, Derek is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing beer conditioning and packaging, coordinating schedules for brewery staff, and ensuring facility maintenance. Additionally, Derek has experience as the Head Cider Maker, where all craft ciders are produced using a Washington apple juice base, supplemented with fresh pressed, locally sourced tropical fruit juice. Prior to joining Ola Brew Co., Derek worked as a Service Sales Representative at Cintas from 2008 to 2012.
