Jordi Serena Canudas is an investment professional with extensive experience in investor relations, distressed real estate transactions, and financial modeling. Currently employed at OKUANT since September 2022, Jordi previously held director and vice president roles at Alantra from March 2017 to March 2022, focusing on M&A advisory and non-core asset management. Prior experience includes a senior consultant position at PwC, where M&A process advisory and financial due diligence were key responsibilities. Early career stages featured internships in customer assurance at Hewlett-Packard and in maintenance at Iberia, along with production assistant roles at Obrascón Huarte Laín. Jordi holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and is a CFA I Level candidate.
