Latman began their career in 2018 as an account executive at Satisfi Labs. Neal then joined Rewards Network in January 2021, where they helped the company offer unique card-linked offers that leverage advanced technology and powerful data analytics. In January 2019, they joined Entercom | Charlotte as an account executive. There, they were responsible for live and local broadcasting, featuring some of the most recognizable personalities in Charlotte.
