Mary Anisi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mary had their most recent position as a Travel and Office Administrator for OKTO since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Administrative Officer at Athens Metropolitan Expo S.A. starting in April 2022. From October 2017 to February 2022, they served as an Assistant Manager Administration at Theon Sensors S.A. Mary began their career as a Dental Laboratory Technician at Aesthetic Labs in October 2007 and worked there until October 2011. Before that, Mary worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at ALPHA GRISSIN SA from August 2011 to October 2017.

Mary Anisi has a diverse education history. Mary obtained a Master's degree in the Department of geology and geoenvironment from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens starting in 2022.
