Marzena Jaroczyńska currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Oktawave and is involved with the Humanites Institute as part of the Akademia Przywództwa Liderów Oświaty, focusing on leadership development within the education system. Marzena has extensive experience as a business owner for Marzena Jaroczyńska Consulting and previously held key roles, including Head of Strategic PMO at Przelewy24 and Manager of Service Delivery EMEA at Relativity. Aimed at enhancing customer experience, Marzena has worked with numerous organizations, including FedEx, Gabi, and MALL Group. Educational qualifications include postgraduate degrees in Leadership Psychology and Management from Warsaw University of Technology Business School and Uniwersytet SWPS, as well as a Master's in Law from the University of Wroclaw.
