Thomas Mond has extensive experience in the engineering sector, currently serving as the Engineering Simulators Product Owner at Oktal Sydac since November 2017, where responsibilities include managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders. Previously, Thomas held the role of Principal Modelling Team Lead, overseeing standardization of modeling processes and managing a team across multiple countries. Thomas’s foundational expertise includes a Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering and involvement in various student projects, such as a hybrid electric vehicle performance study and innovative solutions for vehicle safety. Additional practical experience includes various roles in retail, agriculture, and sports instruction.
