Shibu Ninan, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Okta since August 2022. Prior to this role, Shibu served as the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Veritas Technologies LLC from July 2015 to August 2022 and as Chief Accounting Officer at Saba Software from November 2013 to June 2015. Shibu's extensive experience in accounting began at KPMG US as a Senior Manager from March 1999 to November 2013, and included a tenure as Senior Manager at Deloitte India between August 2005 and October 2006. Shibu embarked on a professional journey in accounting with an articleship at Price Waterhouse from September 1995 to August 1998. Academic qualifications include a Certified Public Accountant designation obtained in 2009, a Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University, and foundational education from Bishop Cotton Boys' School and Baldwin Boys High School.
