Justin Layman is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and account management across multiple companies. Currently serving as Lead Recruiter at Okta since February 2022, Justin focuses on recruitment for Sales Development and Business Development teams, primarily handling individual contributor roles. Prior to this role, Justin worked as a Senior Recruiter at Intuit from October 2016 to February 2022, where the company consistently received accolades as a top workplace. Earlier experiences include managing contingent workforce recruitment at TalentWave and building client relationships at TEKsystems in both account management and technical recruiting roles.
