Elissa Swisher is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources across multiple leading organizations. Currently serving as the Director, People Business Partner at Okta, Elissa has previously held significant roles at Salesforce, including Talent Management Strategy & Design Leader and Lead HR Business Partner for Global Go-To-Market and the Office of Innovation.
