Quinn's engineering background includes roles as Lead Electrical Engineer and Graduate Student Researcher at Caltech, focusing on electric vehicle battery systems and complex hardware integration. Educational qualifications include Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering from Caltech, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Occidental College.
