James Gibbs is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Site Construction Manager for OKO Group since July 2023, managing multiple high-rise projects, including One River District and Una Miami. Prior roles include Senior Superintendent positions at The Rinaldi Group and Plaza Construction, where notable projects included the Oasis Pointe in Dania, FL. Gibbs has also contributed to the successful completion of the New Turnberry Isle Resort JW Marriott in Aventura, FL, and has extensive experience in logistics, scheduling, and quality control from previous roles at Plaza Construction, CB Constructors, and HR Global Developers. Education includes work experience at Mid Florida Tech and Jones High in Orlando.
