Jan McNair has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Jan is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Milo since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at Monokoto from April 2017. From January 2014 to April 2017, they held dual roles at Libratone as the CEO and COO. Before that, they served as the VP of Product Definition & Management at Bang & Olufsen from June 2010 to December 2013. Jan was also the Managing Director of the New Media Division at Bowers & Wilkins from April 2009 to June 2010. Jan McNair started their career at GN Netcom in 2001 and held various positions including Global VP of the Office Business Unit from October 2006 to December 2008, Managing Director for UK & Ireland from July 2004 to July 2007, and Managing Director from June 2001 to June 2004.

Jan McNair attended Copenhagen Business School from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, marketing, and management.
