Shalae Johnson has a diverse work experience in various construction and engineering roles. Shalae started their career in 2016 as a Research Assistant at Utah Valley University. In 2021, they interned as an Estimating Intern at Big-D Construction. In 2022, they worked as a Building Commissioning Agent at kW Engineering before joining Okland Construction as a Project Engineer later in the same year.

Shalae Johnson attended Utah Valley University from 2018 until 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Construction Management.
