Shania Kay Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Shania Kay began their career in 2009 as a Waitress/Sales at Anderson Gas & Propane. Shania Kay then worked as a Student Worker at Connors State College from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Ruffalo Noel Levitz as a Caller, eventually progressing to the role of Supervisor, where they trained other callers and helped raise funds for Oklahoma State University.

In 2015, Phillips took on multiple roles simultaneously. Shania Kay worked as an Intern 3 at Cherokee Nation Natural Resources, a Consultant at Thirty-One Gifts, and a Student Gift Officer-Supervisor at Oklahoma State University Foundation.

Phillips continued to advance in their career, joining Express Employment Professionals in 2017 as a Student Gift Officer-Assistant Manager. Shania Kay quickly rose through the ranks and became an Assistant Manager for the call center, where they not only raised funds but also mentored and supported other callers and supervisors.

Shania Kay'scommitment to fundraising and philanthropy led their to roles at Miss Agriculture USA, where they served as the 2020 Arkansas Ms. Agriculture USA, and Rodeo Champions of America, where they currently hold the title of 2021 RCA Southeast Regional Queen.

In 2021, Phillips returned to the Oklahoma State University Foundation as the Assistant Director of Annual Giving, Engagement Center & Student Development Associates, overseeing annual giving efforts and student development programs.

Throughout their career, Shania Kay Phillips has demonstrated their dedication, leadership, and ability to adapt to various roles and industries.

Shania Kay Phillips has a strong educational background in agricultural education and business administration. Shania Kay started their education journey in 2010 by earning an associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from OSU-IT Okmulgee, OK. In 2012, they continued their studies at Connors State College in Warner, OK, where they obtained another associate's degree in Agriculture Education. Shania Kay then pursued a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Teacher Education at Oklahoma State University from 2014 to 2017. Shania further advanced their education by obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Agricultural Education from Oklahoma State University from 2017 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Shania has also obtained multiple certifications to enhance their skill set. Shania Kay completed various courses and certifications on LinkedIn, including topics such as time management, customer service, content marketing, and social media marketing. Shania Kay also obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Shania's commitment to continuous learning is evident through their pursuit of these certifications.
