Colby Reed, MPH, is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in community health advocacy and policy analysis. Currently a Healthcare-Medicaid Affinity Group Member at the Oklahoma Policy Institute, Colby focuses on enhancing legislative engagement through advocacy and community organizing. Previous roles include serving as a Community Advisor for the 3-T Prevent Study and a Health Policy Fellow at the Oklahoma Harm Reduction Alliance, where responsibilities involved literature reviews and policy drafting for harm reduction services. Colby has also worked as a Project Coordinator at Oklahoma State University, producing research-driven reports for hospital groups, and as a Peer Education Coordinator for the e-HERO Study, providing support and resources on HIV/STI prevention. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health and a Graduate Certificate in Health Administration from Oklahoma State University.
