Michael M. currently serves as the General Manager at Oklahoma Contemporary since May 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Interim Executive Director at Oklahoma Children's Theatre from October 2022 to May 2023. Michael's extensive experience includes over 12 years at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, where responsibilities ranged from Chief Financial Officer to Director of Finance and Associate Director of Development, overseeing financial management, compliance, and development initiatives that significantly increased membership and funding. Earlier roles include Membership Manager at Oklahoma Zoological Society, where a 62% increase in membership was achieved, and positions in sales and customer service. Michael holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University.
