Michelle Matthews has extensive experience in fan development and sales within professional basketball organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Fan Development & Retail for the Oklahoma City Thunder since August 2014, Michelle has progressed through various roles, including Manager of Fan Development, Manager of Youth Basketball Programs, and Manager of Development Team Sales & Retention. Prior experience includes a managerial position in ticket sales and retention at Tulsa 66ers from July 2013 to June 2014, as well as serving as a Senior Account Executive with the NBA D-League Tulsa 66ers from June 2010 to June 2013, focusing on selling tickets and corporate sponsorships. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Marketing from Wesleyan University.
