Bailey Joseph is an experienced data science professional currently serving as the Director of Data Science for the Oklahoma City Thunder since October 2019, having previously held the role of Strategic Planning Analyst. Prior to this, Bailey worked as a Data Scientist at Unblockable, Inc. and completed an internship in data science at the Oklahoma City Thunder, focusing on defensive metrics and predictive modeling. Bailey's earlier experience includes leading a team of mathematics tutors at UC Berkeley Residential and Student Services and roles as a tennis coach at UCLA Athletics. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley.
