Tim McCardle has a diverse work experience in the retail and catering industry. Tim started their career as an Associate at Walmart in 2008 and then progressed to different roles within the company, including Assistant Manager and Co-Manager, where they managed teams and trained associates on processes and store cleanliness. In 2016, Tim became the Manager II, Academy Store Standards at Walmart, conducting certification audits to ensure proper execution of processes. In 2014, they joined Professional Sports Catering and served as a Concessionaire, supporting the food and beverage director and ensuring food preparation and safety. Currently, Tim holds the position of Director of Operations at Professional Sports Catering.
Tim McCardle has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Penn State University.
