Don Petrere has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Don worked as the Director of Operations at Professional Sports Catering from 2016 to the present, where they are responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, managing food costs and budgets, and hiring and coaching new employees. Prior to this, they served as the Concessions Manager at the same company from 2016 to 2022, managing a large budget, training and scheduling a team of employees, and building positive vendor relationships. Before joining Professional Sports Catering, Don worked as an Area Supervisor at Ovations Food Services, LP from 2015 to 2018. Don also served as the Office Manager/Administrative Specialist at Hobart Food Equipment and Service from 2008 to 2015, the Customer Relations Manager at MSC Controls from 2006 to 2008, and the Tower Supervisor at Piedmont/US Airways from 1985 to 2003.
Don Petrere attended Liberty University from 1998 to 1999, but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study during that time. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1987, they attended Henry Ford College, where they obtained a degree in Business and studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Don Petrere also holds a certification as a ServSafe Certified, which they obtained in December 2018 from the institution ServSafe Certified.
