Carol Noel, CPP, is an experienced payroll and credentialing professional currently serving as a Payroll Assistant at the Oklahoma City County Health Department since August 2020. Prior to this role, Carol worked as a Credentialing Specialist at AHS Staffing from January 2015 to April 2020, where responsibilities included credentialing new healthcare providers and assisting with HR and payroll documentation. Carol also has significant experience in payroll processing, having held positions as Payroll/Accounting Specialist and Payroll Coordinator at Dealers Auto Auction of OKC from December 2000 to January 2015, and as Human Resources Payroll Coordinator at Gilardi Foods, a division of Con Agra, from October 1997 to October 2000.
