Joel Schwartz is the Director of Information Technology at Oklahoma City Community Foundation, a position held since August 2015. Prior to this role, Joel Schwartz was a Principal Technical Architect at AT&T from 1979 to 2004, bringing extensive experience in technology leadership and architecture to current responsibilities.
