Joshua Shoffner serves as the Vice President of Technology and Digital Innovation and Chief Technology Officer at Oklahoma Baptist University. Previously, Joshua held the position of Chief Technology Officer for the Oklahoma Insurance Department within the State of Oklahoma. Additional experience includes serving as Manager of Information Technology for the Oklahoma City Thunder and Director of Educational Technology at Catalina Foothills School District. Joshua also worked as Network Manager and Computer Network Systems Coordinator II at Amphitheater Public Schools. Joshua earned a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Arizona, where studies were completed between 1991 and 1996.
