Daniil Pozdeev is a seasoned professional in product analysis with extensive experience in the technology and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Analyst at Zalando since May 2024, and as Lead Product Analyst for Ranking & Recommendations at Okko since November 2022, Daniil has demonstrated adept leadership by managing a team of data analysts and engineers, enhancing product strategies, and improving data quality for recommender systems. Prior experience includes impactful roles at Fundraise Up, where Daniil developed predictive models, conducted A/B testing, and improved donor retention strategies.
