Jeongmin Lee currently serves as the NEA+SEA Manager for Global Business Service at OKX and OKG Technology, having started in January 2024. Previously, Jeongmin held the position of Operations Team Lead in the PUSH, Trust & Safety department at TikTok from August 2021 to October 2022. Prior experience includes various roles at Concentrix from January 2017 to August 2021, including Team Lead, Program Ready Trainer, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Customer Service Representative. Jeongmin also worked as a Korean Language Lecturer at INTEC Education College, UiTM from May 2015 to February 2016.
