Currently serving as Principal Consultant at First Time Founder Capital and Venture Partner at Okeanos, Michael also holds mentoring roles at Founder Institute, Techstars, and SeaAhead, providing guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs. As the Founder of Spidaliere Consulting, Michael focuses on helping startups enhance growth through strategic partnerships and fundraising. Previously, as VP of Ventures at Promus, Michael contributed to the development of an AI-driven food chain platform and spearheaded business development initiatives. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Business and an Associate of Science in Recording Engineering from Full Sail University.
