Shubham Bhattacharya has a diverse range of work experience. Shubham is currently working as an Associate Director of Operations at OkayGo, a position they started in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Awign as a Senior Operations Manager from January 2022 to January 2023, and as an Operations Manager from October 2020 to December 2021. From October 2018 to December 2019, Shubham worked as a Project Lead at OYO LIFE India. Shubham'searliest work experience was as a Contracts and Procurement Engineer at Hinduja Group Limited, where they managed civil contracts for the ecopolis project in Bangalore from July 2016 to October 2018.

Shubham Bhattacharya completed their education in Civil Engineering from IMPS College of Engineering and Technology 170, from 2012-2016. Additionally, they pursued a Product Management program at Duke University in 2020. Shubham also obtained certifications in Operations Management from Great Learning in August 2022 and in Negotiation and Contracting in Procurement and Supply from Udemy in April 2020.
