Ciprian Goiceanu is a seasoned Full Stack Engineer with extensive experience in web and mobile development, currently freelancing in Javascript at OKAPI since October 2019. Ciprian has held various roles, including React Developer at black bu and Frontend Developer at SMARTX NET APPS and Talkbe, where work encompassed both frontend and backend development using Angular and Node.js. Previous experience includes web and mobile development at Netwakies and front-end development roles at Attitude and SKEPSIS Consult. Ciprian began the career as a Web Developer in 2005, earning a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Bucharest in 2010.
