Amanda Doughty is a seasoned mental health professional currently serving as the Director of Mental Health Outpatient at Okanogan Behavioral Healthcare since October 2022. In this role, Amanda provides assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy while also overseeing a clinical internship program and contributing to policy development. Prior experience includes serving as the Social, Emotional, and Behavioral Health Coordinator for Brewster School District, where Amanda was involved in grant writing and crisis planning. Amanda's career with Okanogan Behavioral Healthcare began in 2017, progressing from a School-based Mental Health Professional to a leadership role, facilitating training and supervision for new clinicians. Educationally, Amanda holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University.
